He has a proven track record of championing difficult assignments and projects. Bob has provided successful leadership in many areas including operations restructuring, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), reverse mergers, multi-location operations, financial restatements, GAAP and SEC research and application, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and financial analysis. He has also championed several difficult SEC filings including SEC Forms 10-K, 10-KSB, 10-Q and 8-K/A. Bob began his career with the Halliburton Company and served in Internal Audit positions in Houston (Brown & Root), Dallas (Otis Engineering) and London during his 3 year tenure with the company. While based in London, his responsibilities led to assignments in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He moved from London to Southern California in 1984 and spent 7 years in the audit and business advisory practice of Arthur Andersen & Co. in Orange County before beginning his corporate executive work. more about companies served

Bob has been a Certified Public Accountant ("CPA") since 1987 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("AICPA"). He currently holds a California CPA license (inactive) and performs non public accounting Excecutive Services in many states, including among others, Florida, California, Texas and Mississippi.

Bob founded and is Chairman of Arthur Andersen - Orange County, an alumni organization. He is involved in several professional and civic organizations. For years, Bob served on the board of advisors of Consultants Link and was a Chapman University Mentor.

Bob is a graduate of Ole Miss where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the School of Accountancy. He was awarded an academic scholarship by Ole Miss to attend the university and obtained several scholastic honors while there. Bob was also a member of Kappa Alpha Order.

Bob is a native of Caruthersville, Missouri and was born in Kennett, Missouri. He grew up in a family of entrepreneurial business owners and executives. There are currently 5 CPA's and 6 professionals with an accounting degree in Bob's family.
